Sparctura Tech delivers custom software development, UI/UX creative design, process automations, machine learning solutions, and proactive system SLAs. All deliverables are executed based on structured specifications signed off during our Strategy workshops.
Upon final settlement of project payments, all custom source codes, Figma system designs, API schemas, and deployment assets are fully owned by the client. Sparctura Tech retains no usage claims or licensing rights past project release thresholds, unless explicitly requested.
Ongoing maintenance and monitoring services are governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) specifying incident categories, database backup routines, response limits, and telemetry guidelines.
Sparctura Tech will not be held liable for any damages resulting from server down-time, third-party network outages, database security exploits, or data transfers that occur outside of our direct server scopes and configurations.
